Primary curriculum is progressive, forward thinking, and child-centered, using the integrated, interactive approach. Topics and themes are carefully planned to cross artificial subject barriers. This enables the student to have a far more realistic view of the world in which he/she lives and needs to function successfully. Much of the teaching is based on the assumption that understanding is a fundamental requirement for any learning to take place. Therefore, much of the work is based on hands-on experience and research-skills, where the role of the teacher becomes that of a facilitator. Here, the students take an active part in their own learning. They are encouraged to use their own initiative and develop into independent learners with a strong desire to think critically.
At TIS students develop artistic skills through exploration, observation, hands-on experiences, critical analysis, free expression and discussions in the art studio.
We provide students with a conducive environment where teacher and students share a friendly relationship to nurture the creative and intellectual faculties. They also get opportunities to understand the purpose of creating and using Art & Craft.

While everyone, everywhere, asserts the importance of ‘learning to live sustainably,’ environment remains a peripheral issue in the formal schooling system.
Dancing has the power to bring people together, whether it’s seen as a fun celebration or a beautiful art that even little children can appreciate. This is perhaps why it is regarded as a standard step towards socialization as youngsters grow up. Many prominent people from many areas of life have advocated for youngsters to tap their feet to the music. Dancing helps kids set free and understand rhythm. All you need to do is put on your child’s favorite song and watch her sway to the music. Who knows, maybe this might even become your child’s passion later in life.
